It all started in 2009. After working in finance and wearing pumps sans socks for 12+ hours per day, day in and day out, Jenn grew frustrated with the lack of solutions in the market for keeping her feet fresh and shoes clean 24/7. She tried it all but nothing worked: low-cut socks actually showed and traditional insoles made her shoes too tight. She even tried Windex-ing the insides of her shoes (per her mom’s suggestion) but that only provided a temporary fix. So Jenn decided to take matters into her own hands. She did lots of research, talked to consumers, manufacturers, and suppliers all over the world. In 2010 she launched SILVER LININGS, the first of many innovative solutions for fashion-conscious people on-the-go.

One afternoon in 2011, in dire need of help, Jenn asked Leticia, life-long consultant, small business enthusiast, and grad school friend, to come on board, and it’s been happily ever after since then.

Around the same time, Cristina joined the team, introducing Jenn and Leticia to all kinds of social media and technology tips, latest music, cool city hangouts. Today, she continues to inspire us from Barcelona, Spain.
